Account data: your email address, display name, role (trader, mentor, admin) and login timestamps.

Trading connection data: MetaTrader account number, broker server name and the trading password you enter so the hosted terminal can log in on your behalf.

Platform data: licence keys, robot settings (lot size, stop-loss, take-profit, trading hours), trade and error logs, and uploaded expert advisor files or robot images.

Payment data: your proof of payment and the email address you asked us to activate. We never see or store your card details — payments are made by EFT directly to our bank.

To create and secure your account, to log your terminal into your broker, to run and monitor your expert advisor, to issue and verify licence keys, to confirm payments, and to support you when something fails.

Trading credentials are stored so the hosted terminal can reconnect automatically after a restart. They are only used to log into the MetaTrader server you specified and are never shared with third parties or used for any manual trading by us.

You can remove a trading account from the app at any time, which deletes the stored credentials for that account.

We share data only with the infrastructure providers needed to run the service: our cloud database and hosting provider, and the Windows VPS or broker VPS that runs your MetaTrader terminal.

Your mentor can see the licence keys they issued to you and your robot's status — not your password.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

Account, licence and trade log data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and dispute purposes. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Under POPIA you may ask us to confirm what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email your request to the address above and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Deleting your account stops all hosted terminals and removes stored trading credentials.

Traffic to the site and API is encrypted over HTTPS, access to data is restricted per user by database row-level security, and administrative actions are logged.

No system is perfectly secure. Use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication where offered.
